Since 2021, as part of the "New Working World at VAUDE" program, we have been working on adapting our spaces to changing requirements - especially hybrid and mobile forms of work.

Around 50 % of all employees use mobile working in various forms - from occasional to permanent, and some people work exclusively from an external work location, for example from home (see "Work and private life" section ). We create the spatial and technical conditions for the optimal interaction of these types of work.
The "Spatial Culture" project group is continuously working on the needs-based design of office space.
In many areas, we use flexible workstations based on the desk-sharing model, retreat areas and zones for digital exchange.
Designing "dynamic spaces" for different working modes: whether quiet and concentrated or communicative and dynamic - the right area can be found for every objective.
Where possible, we integrate feedback from teams into construction and design decisions.
Our large sports room not only offers the opportunity for active breaks and health courses, but also for company meetings and large conferences.

Our workspaces are not just functional places - they are an expression of our culture. Themes such as a culture of trust, self-efficacy and learning culture are also reflected spatially.
