Basically, all our producers in "high risk countries" are at risk for using forced or compulsory labor. This issue is included in the FWF (Fair Wear Foundation) "Code of Labour Practices" (CoLP) ("Employment is freely chosen") and is checked for in all audits.
In order to determine whether forced labor exists, the FWF examines the following:

In 2013 a complaint was registered concerning this aspect with a producer in Vietnam (V9): "Workers' access to toilet is restricted by "toilet cards".” The workers had to sign up before they could go to the toilet. This was abolished after the audit.
