Our annual financial statement is audited in accordance with legal requirements by the independent auditing firm, GmbH Schnetz, Buchmann, Michele Ravensburg.
The auditing firm, KPMG AG, provided external limited assurance on selected data and key figures for the first two Sustainability Reports (fiscal year 2013 and 2014). The 2016 report was prepared using the same guidelines and criteria. This year we are not conducting a separate external audit.

In the FWF Wage Ladders, 3 wage distinctions are made in each production division (management and staff are not reported): the lowest wage paid in the department, the highest wage paid, and most common wage paid. For our analysis we use the most common wage paid. Taking into account the number of workers per department, we then calculate the "average" per producer. This is then set in relation to the National Minimum Wage and the Asia Floor Wage as a percentage and then an average is caluculated per country as well.
